The subject of the auction was the price per square meter of housing, by which the developer would oblige to sell the earned economy or conclude contracts for shared participation in the construction project. This is, taking into account that the initial price of the subject of this auction was established based on the average market value, which is determined by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation for a particular subject of Russia.
“Since the cost per square meter of housing, which is set by the Ministry of Regional Development, is much less than the actual actual market prices for housing, the final cost for economy-class housing, which is determined by the results of the auction, will also be less than the average market prices for such housing. And besides this, it will be less than the cost established by the Ministry of Regional Development, ”the authors of the bill say in an explanatory note.
For several years now, federal authorities have been trying to create favorable conditions for the development of cheap housing.
“Our ultimate goal is the availability of housing and the opportunity for citizens to really solve all their housing problems. It is necessary to promote the processes of the construction of economy-class houses, low-rise buildings, programs of preferential social mortgage to residents working in Socialka and do not receive large incomes such as doctors, young families, teachers, young specialists and other similar categories. We will certainly support such an initiative and responsible approach of the regions, ”says Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
