The initial stages of the construction of the bath: project and foundation
First, determine with the project and the choice of the future place of the bath. The choice of the place is influenced by the following factors: the nature and presence of a drainage system, the terrain, the location of wells or a reservoir, the nature of the soil on the site, the distance to neighboring houses. Note: Stock with a bath should not be directed to residential or household buildings, take into account the direction of the wind. The ideal option is to build a bath near a reservoir.
We make the foundation for the bathhouse. When building the foundation, you need to build on: what type of soil on your site and how deeply soil waters are located. If in your area the depth of groundwater is small and the soil is less dry, then we use the columnar type of foundation. To do this, we deepen brickwork or concrete blocks into the ground (60-80 cm). The distance should be about one meter, and the height above the ground is about 40-50 cm. Then the base of our bathhouse will rest against these “hemp”.
