One -room apartments today remain one of the most popular real estate items in the domestic market, the exception is not that this real estate is in great demand and residents of St. Petersburg, who carefully monitor the real estate market in their city.
This is evidenced by the numbers obtained as a result of the study of the St. Petersburg market, it is this segment that pay attention to the exhibition about thirty -nine percent of visitors. This exhibition is called a real estate fair, which was held recently in the northern capital of Russia.
What is noteworthy that over the past years, two -room apartments occupy the second place in terms of demand. About thirty -six percent of visitors to the St. Petersburg Fair want to purchase such a “kopeck piece”, especially those for whom the company’s registration in Moscow is not available.
Buyers’ preferences
At the same time, it was noted that in the spring of this year, the preferences of buyers on the area of dwellings almost completely changed.
It is noted that the popularity of apartments with an area of thirty -six to fifty meters square has increased. About sixty -four percent of the city’s inhabitants came to the exhibition. Compared to last fall, the interest of buyers has significantly increased in one -room apartments having an area of more than fifty -one meters of square.
