Business is especially developing on the sale of apartments in new buildings.
The fact is that if earlier the migration flow from remote regions went to Moscow, now the development of Peter begins. Intellectual youth, highly qualified specialists, journalists, artists, musicians go to work in St. Petersburg. This trend will last for perhaps another 10 years.
Each specialist “rising” in St. Petersburg, of course, tries to settle in the northern capital, build an apartment for himself. Or buy an apartment. Therefore, the sale of housing in new buildings has been in a very profitable business in the past year and a half. Housing agencies are not so numerous. There are real estate agencies that specialize in the sale of old housing. There are also agencies that sell land in the suburbs of St. Petersburg. But, often, to find an agency that would offer a variety of housing in new buildings (namely in new buildings) is difficult.
These are, as a rule, agencies that work for specific developers or mixed agencies. Of course, the most profitable offers come from developers, as a rule, such proposals are dismantled at the construction stage.
