Intending to rent or buy in the capital a premises intended to arrange an office, it is advisable to take into account the existing, at the moment, their classification. Currently, those premises that are diverted under the offices of companies are divided into three classes. Although in the West it is a, b and C classes, however, the Russian classification varies significantly. So, for example, when renting an office, the price depends on the close location to the center of the capital or to transport interchanges.
In Russia, the premises from class intended for companies are often called “Sovdepovskiy”, because these are premises equipped in the buildings of old factory departments, research institutes and the like, and which were subsequently re -entrusted to offices. Despite the fact that these are unpresentable premises, however, the demand for them does not fall, since new companies regularly appear, which at first save on the rental of premises. Such buildings should be in working condition, have elevators, if there are more than three floors, and sufficient electric power.
Premises of B class, which are otherwise called “budget or economy class offices”. This is usually the premises after a major overhaul with inexpensive high -quality finishes. In such premises, elevators, air conditioners, security and fire alarms should be provided in such premises. The bulk of the capital’s offices belongs to this class of premises.
Office premises A class are the most prestigious commercial real estate. In such premises there are all the necessary communications that meet international standards. This is a rule, premises designed to place the offices of a representative class. These are modern buildings with security and fire alarms, with elevators of air conditioning systems.
