The only thing that almost all participants in the real estate market agree are that panel houses cannot relate to business class under any circumstances. “Business” should be in a place convenient in terms of accessibility of transport routes where the infrastructure is well developed: there are nearby kindergartens, schools, sports complexes, shops and so on.
One of the real estate agents believes that the main sign that determines that the building belongs to the business class is the location of the object. You can build a beautiful structure in the mass development area, but it will still not be considered a business class home, since the social environment of this territory will not correspond to the income level of people who are ready to acquire housing of this type.
