Some of our fellow citizens still believe that if real estate is located somewhere outside our state, then the cost of such objects is equal to round amounts of houses on Rublevka. But this is not so. Very often in foreign countries, houses and apartments are sold at such prices at which you can buy at home in the Russian district or regional center. And I must say that the quality of such houses sometimes significantly exceeds the level of optimal housing we have adopted. Of course, you can buy some hut in North Africa for just a couple of thousand, or even hundreds of dollars, but such dwellings of our fellow citizens are not popular, since we are still accustomed to certain benefits of civilization. The permanent leader in sales and increasing interest not only in real estate in this country, but also the state itself, remains Bulgaria. Very often, the subject of desires is an elite real estate in Bulgaria for Russians. The cost of such apartments is not particularly different from our country, and given the developed infrastructure, the closely located sea, Russian kindergartens, schools, societies and organizations, prices, I must say, are more than acceptable. The most expensive housing is not in Sofia, but in the second largest city of Varna. It is also a port city, prices reach thousands of euros per square meter there. Some Russians spend a fairly large amount of time here: someone goes to this country for a summer vacation, someone lives constantly. Official data says that about 30 thousand emigrants from the Russian Federation live in this country.
