Self -regulatory organization (SRO) is a non -profit organization that unites entrepreneurial business entities of one industry. The main function of the SRO is to regulate market activities outside the minimum requirements defined by the state.
The construction area at all times was very relevant. The volume of creating objects of production and non -production funds have a significant impact on the level of development of the country’s economy. More recently, in the construction market, only those companies and companies that have licenses for the provision of the entire range of construction services provide their own services for their services. Of course, on the one hand, it was convenient for the customer, gave a guarantee of high -quality work. But on the other hand, this situation of the case created the conditions for a monopoly in some areas of construction services, which led to high prices for their implementation.
SRO in construction is engaged in issuing permission to carry out a certain type of work. This makes the market much more open, high -quality for new small construction companies. Thus, the market becomes less monopolized, conditions are created for healthy competition. Today in Russia the state does not issue licenses for construction work. To get a license, you need to enter the SRO. Unified standards and requirements for participants in the construction market were introduced in the SRO. This made it possible to exclude corruption. STR is setting up construction services with the help of enshrined legislation. All companies that have entered the SRO and received licenses are required to comply with the prescribed construction work standards. Thus, the high quality of the construction services provided is achieved with their costly substantiated cost.
