Or by the time the residents will need to leave the apartment, the owners will not read household appliances or furniture.
If you decide to rent your apartment, you must be prepared for the fact that future residents will also treat you with caution and ask you to present documents for the apartment. There is nothing shameful in this, since the opposite side also requires some guarantees.
