Flat roofing: styling technology and materials
What are the types of flat roofs? Flat roofs differ in the method of laying the roof layers on top of each other. The traditional method is characterized by laying insulation with waterproofing from above, but if styling occurs in the reverse order, this method is called inversion. The inversion type is quite rare, so the main issue in the construction of a flat roof is the insulation system.
The most common material for insulation is stone wool or basalt fiber. This material has low thermal conductivity, strength, complete non -combustibility, high permeability for vapors, and durability.
