Technical characteristics of the metal door
Any person wants to protect himself and his property from uninvited guests and therefore wants to establish a good high -quality door, which has a high degree of protection. Such doors include armored doors. But not every person knows how steel doors differ from armored.
The doors provided on sale are mainly made of ordinary steel, only the thickness of this steel is from 4 to 6 mm. Such steel is considered quite strong. A steel sheet of specified dimensions is taken and welded to the iron frame, which performs an additional protective function. The half of the door is filled with special sound – and heat -insulating fillers. The inside of the door is usually made from a sheet of MDF. The door is inserted into a metal frame using loops of increased strength. Cut good locks and the door is ready. But you can’t call this door armored.
