There are currently two ways to purchase housing in newly built houses.
Firstly, this is participation in the funding fund for construction. The name speaks for itself. The buyer finances the construction process of the building being built, giving money to the fund management. The buyer enters into his own property of property after a full payment of its square meters is made. As soon as the object is commissioned, BTI registers the apartment.
Secondly, it is a purchase of target bonds. Its essence lies in the fact that the buyer does not acquire an apartment, but bonds that have a purpose. As soon as the facility was commissioned, a contract of sale is drawn up, while payment is made by bonds.
All issues of acquiring housing in this way are regulated by the relevant articles of legislative acts. Most importantly, carefully familiarize themselves with them, before giving preference to a particular system. In addition, pay special attention to the preparation of contracts, so as not to reproach yourself for negligence later.
