The greatest difficulty, perhaps, in the design of a rural residential building is engineering communications. In houses of this type, they can be either central (one large source for the entire village) or local (engineering system for one house). Accordingly, the local engineering system requires more material and labor costs in building. And plus everything – a large number of documents and permits. There are 3 main composite solutions for residential buildings located in rural areas:- the traditional “Russian house”. In this case, the main entrance is located from the side of the side facade. And there are a lot of advantages in this. Firstly, this gives the owners more freedom in the organization of the court. Secondly, this is the most convenient option for people who are engaged in breeding plants and animals, since the garden and household extensions are located directly next to the entrance. And the courtyard remains untouched, which is much better from the aesthetic side. In addition, in the yard it will always be possible to always retire and relax from rural worries.- multi -storey rural house. Such structures are acceptable for large families. Rooms here can be located both horizontally (when one floor occupies residential beds, and the other is intended for household zones) and vertically (each floor has both bedrooms and household premises). With all this, the number of rooms can increase to 6 or more, which, in turn, makes it possible to live in such a house several generations.- Standard house. This is an ordinary one -story small structure that has an input from the front side. Such a project requires minimal labor and material costs for decoration of the house.
