If the increase in demand for this type of housing is “on the face”, then the proposals are still at the same level, and amounts to only 7 % of the total number of proposals in the real estate market.

He said that this situation indicates a great perspective for the development of low -rise construction. Perhaps in the future, most of the demand will increase precisely on this type of housing. The main advantage is the combination of urban comfort with suburban ecology. But still a complete alternative, suburban housing still has not become. But many people understand that it is better than expensive land in low -rise complexes, but by the Zagorod than dusty city quarters or elite expensive houses.
